I HEAR IT EVERYWHERE,  IT SEEMS LIKE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE OUT OF A JOB OR BARELY WORKING, BARELY MAKING BILLS, THE PRICE OF GAS IS GOING UP, GROCERIES ARE TO HIGH,  THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND IT CAN BE SO DISCOURAGING, I TOO HAVE MURMERED (SP)? ABOUT THE WORLD AND WHATS GOING ON, BUT TONIGHT IM THANKFUL, IM THANKFUL FOR A GRACIOUS LOVING GOD WHO GENTLY REMINDS ME HE IS STILL IN CONTROL. TO KEEP THE FAITH AND TRUST IN HIM AND HIM ALONE, I AM A CHILD OF THE KING HE OWNS ME AND I AM HIS. I HAVE NO NEED TO WORRY FOR HE WILL TAKE CARE OF ME AS HE ALWAYS HAS. And be praying for God's hand of protection on him as he's away traveling, and for Ms. Deje that God watches over her while Pastor is gone.

Prayer

Continue to pray for James, for continued healing from his surgery, and finances while he is off work.

Please pray for Megan, Chris and Rick's daughter as she has some serious medical issues. Pray for the doctors to know the best way to treat her, and strength for the family as they go through this trial. Most of all, pray that all involved will see God work in a big way, and their daughter will draw close to Him.

Pray for a lady named Lyla who has been coming, as she knows she needs salvation. Pray that God will open up the time and place soon for this to happen.

Pray for the leadership of the church as we continue to grow and have new people coming.

Pray for workers, as we grow, so does our need for workers. Also pray that those that are already in ministry, don't grow weary.

Please be praying for where God wants you to be serving.

TOMORROW 1/17/12 JAMES IS HAVING SURGERY AND WILL BE OFF WORK FOR QUITE SOMETIME, HOPEFULLY NOT LONG, PLEASE PRAY THAT HE DOESNT STRESS OUT ABOUT FINANCES AND THAT HEALING IS FAST, IF I KNOW HIM HE WILL HAVE CABIN FEVER BY WEDNESDAY.  THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEN WHO OFFERED TO HELP WITH ANYTHING AND FOR GINA JASPER MAKING SURE JAMES GETS DINNER,(LOL)WE APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOU ALL:)

#1 new job, (if its God's will), finances, growth in relationships, effective witnessing, and spiritual growth.

#2 Job/Husband or that disability would be approved, that our children would find there way back to God (yield) deeper walk with God, finances, that we would be more sensitive to the voice and learning of God, and seize the opportunities he gives us to be a light for him.

#3 family, kids, and spiritual growth,

#4 Aly's health she needs to see an allergist and an orthopedic Doctor for her scoliosis, it’s been a hard month for her and we are still waiting to find out if the Doctor will even see her.

#5 Pray for the insurance to move on the authorization for Kara's MRI, pray for my husbands health.

#6 For Teachers to be spiritually and mentally prepared every week and for fresh ideas for lessons.

#7 Please pray that I hear God's voice clearly, that I stay strong and not grow weary, that I listen to the leading of the Holy spirit, that I wait on him for my direction and not get in a hurry, That he gives me daily what I need for the Sunday school children, that he gives me what he wants the children to learn, That he keeps me healthy, pray for finances for our household when James has to take time off for surgery, Pray for life group that during service week we will give our 100% keep the right attitude, that we serve because we want to serve Jesus, and that we pray for our Sunday school teachers and helpers, and please all be praying for all my Sunday school children, including nursery, they are so precious and they all have different things going on in their little lives, I also ask that you pray for me personally as a leader that I grow spiritually and seek God's wisdom for my life and that I continue to allow him to use me for his purpose and not my own.#8 Pray for Kim M. as she seeks employment.

THANK YOU JESUS FOR BLESSING US WITH SUCH WONDERFUL CHILDREN, TOTAL OF 39 CHILDREN IN SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS, (not including teachers) WE HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR GOD TO SEND US SOME MORE KIDS AND HE HAS DONE JUST THAT, WE NOW NEED TO BE PRAYING FOR MORE BOYS, THANK YOU JESUS FOR LOVING US SO!

HIGHLIGHTS
Suzy talked with the ladies about serving, prayer requests were taken and football was a hit with the Guys, we had food, fun and plenty of fellowship.
